Pause Policy
We understand that flexibility is important. You can pause your subscription at any time, with no limit on the duration of the pause.However, please note that pricing upon return is not guaranteed, unless specific conditions are met.
How to Keep Your Current Pricing
You can retain your current pricing in one of the following ways:
Option 1 — Eligibility-Based Pause
You may keep your pricing only if all of the following conditions are met:
You have been an active client for at least 6 billing cycles (pause eligible from the 7th cycle onwards)
You have not paused your subscription within the last 12 months
The pause lasts for only 1 billing cycle
The return cycle is mandatory and non-refundable under any circumstances
⚠️ All conditions above must be met cumulatively.
Option 2 — Price Retention Fee
If you do not meet all of the conditions above, you can still secure your current pricing by subscribing to a $20/cycle retention fee during the pause period.
With this retention subscription, you can pause your service at any time /as long as you wish. Just keep in mind the following conditions:
The retention fee is due on the first day after your current billing cycle ends and will be charged every 28 days, regardless of your return date. (For example, if your pause lasts 40 days, two retention fee billing cycles will be charged.)
Your current pricing is only secured while the retention fee subscription remains active and successfully paid. If a payment fails or the subscription is interrupted, price retention will be lost immediately.
Retention fee payments are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted or applied to future services under any circumstances.

Coaching
We develop fully personalized training plans tailored to each client’s goals and needs, structured as 1 plan per week.
Each cycle includes
2 follow-up sessions (30 minutes each), focused on plan explanation, progress evaluation, and questions
1 plan adjustment per cycle, if the client is not satisfied
Pricing
Payment
Payment is made through a 28 days cycle subscription, following the same model as regular sessions.
Follow-up sessions follow the same operating rules as regular training sessions, including the credit system — with the same validity and usage conditions.

Personalized nutrition coaching designed to support your goals in integration with your training.

After the free period
