    For our trial classes, you don’t need any specialized equipment. Just your mobile phone or laptop and a positive attitude! Our trainers will guide you through exercises that can be done using minimal or bodyweight resistance.
  • Will the trainers correct my exercise techniques and observe my performance?
    Absolutely! Our certified trainers will provide real-time feedback and correct your exercise techniques during sessions to ensure you get the most out of each workout.
  • I've never been to the gym and don't know how to do exercises properly. Can I still participate?

  • What if I'm too busy to follow a fixed program?

  • How much space do I need for my online session?
    You don’t need a large space for your workouts. A clear area of around 7ft x 7ft is sufficient for most exercises. Our trainers will adjust workouts to suit your available space.
  • Is there an age restriction to use your service?
    Our digital fitness service is designed for adults of all ages. However, if you are under 18, we require parental consent before participating.
  • Are your trainers qualified?
    Yes, all our trainers are qualified fitness professionals with the expertise to guide you through safe and effective workouts
  • What can I expect during a trial class?

    Yes, the payment for our personalized workout program is tailored to one individual on the video call with their dedicated personal trainer. If you wish to work out with a partner or a friend during the video call, an additional payment will be required to accommodate the extra participant.
