I really enjoyed using Papayya. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. The sessions were personalized to meet my needs. The trainer was very friendly and helpful. She gave me feedback on how to make improvements. Although I was not sure if I would be able to complete the exercises, my trainer let me workout at my own pace.

I was surprised to say that I found the online training more effective than in person sessions I’ve had (...) Its a great online fitness platform. I was pretty impressed.

Mostly, I liked the flexibility in scheduling the session which can easily fit in your day. The virtual trainer was as effective as the physical one and I would even say, it was much better. She had in depth knowledge about both fitness and nutrition required for maintaining healthy lifestyle. My trainer pointed out the posture mistakes I was doing while exercising.

Papayya exceeded my expectation!

Papayya is essentially tele-training. You interact with a live personal trainer through a video call. The workout was a little under an hour, but it really pushed me to the limits. More importantly, I learned that my form was incorrect for some of the exercises I do every day!
I think Papayya is an excellent idea executed with high quality.
